This was one of the best gluten-free cake mix I've used. I used 1 can pumpkin,2 ripe bananas, and 1/2 pkg dark choco chips & added 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice. It was my husband's fav gluten cake he was shocked it was because it had same texture as reg. cake Did the same with the devils food flavor & same added ingr. and it too was wonderful!Great with pumpkin!
I have made this cake twice - both times with pumpkin. The first time I made it vegan and substituted applesauce for the eggs and the second time I made it as the box recipe stated. The first version was more dense and moist/wet, but it was for a friend who is vegan and I got rave reviews. The second time I also got great reviews. All around good mix!
