It is a little on the expensive side, but the good taste and the fact it is pure and organic and Grade A makes the cost worth it. Don't use it for cooking - instead use a less expensive grade B maple syrup,

I'm not a connoisseur of maple syrups. Shady Maple Farms is pure, certified organic and packed in a glass bottle. That's enough to satisfy my requirements.
