I use it in the place of cocoa, or with cocoa to make the best chocolates - whiz it up in the blender with coconut oil, honey and cocoa/carob powder with either vanilla, peppermint or orange oil and you have the most amazing homemade chocolates - they have to go in the freezer though. But, pop them out easily with those pop-out ice cube trays
