Directions

Toasting Sunflower Seeds greatly enhances their flavor.
In a large heavy frying pan, dry roast sunflower seeds over medium-high heat, stirring constantly until seeds are a golden brown. Set aside to cool.
 
Keeps best refrigerated or frozen.
