I have tried other egg replacers, and the measurements are usually rather complex, and the end result is disappointing. Bob's is so easy to measure, (no need to pull out the calculator), and has a great result when used in baked goods. There are actually times when it seems to do better than eggs. Go figure! Anyway, it is always my standby. Wouldn't be without it!
