I semi-regularly eat the light-colored quinoa, but had wanted to try the red. It's very good. A bit softer than the other, and each grain opens when cooked with a little off-white 'germ' coming out. Looks nice and has a good flavor. We prepare quinoa using a bit of coconut oil or butter (organic of course) and a little Himalayan salt. Delicious
